Welcome to Suspended in Motion.

My name is Ashley, I am the creator of the blog, and I would like to tell you guys a little bit of what we’re all about!

Suspended in Motion is an accessible medium that combines fitness and creativity by providing information, connecting people, and opening a dialogue about topics ranging from our fears or shortcomings to our abilities and successful projects. If you have ever wanted to start a fitness program but didn’t know where to begin; if you have ever struggled to continue with your personal wellness; if you have ever reached your goals and wanted to go on for more, Suspended in Motion is for you!

We will talk about a wide variety of things from overall health and nutrition to yoga and aerial fitness to pretty much whatever we can think up in our little fitness community!

So we would really love if you would come read our articles, tell us your story, show us your bad ass aerial picture, or ask us that question you’ve been too scared to ask. We have an open-voice policy that encourages you to be involved in our Forum discussions, comment on all blog articles, and request articles geared towards what YOU want to hear.

Now, go ahead and browse through the content available, but remember we are very young and may have some growing pains so, bear with us! I’ll meet you over in About Me whenever you’re ready to tell you a little bit about why I started this blog and why [I think] I’m worth reading!
